2. For Other Pedagogy Subjects (Assamese, History, Political Science, etc.)

   • Postgraduate Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks

   • B.Ed. with at least 55% marks

   • NET/Ph.D. as per UGC norms

3. For Science Subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.)

   • Postgraduate Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks

   • B.Ed. with at least 55% marks

   • NET/Ph.D. as per UGC norms

4. For Fine Arts & Performing Arts

   • Master’s Degree in Fine Arts / Performing Arts with at least 55% marks

5. For Physical Education

   • M.P.Ed. with at least 55% marks
